Mood ahead of body Body ahead of mood on the line, in sync No check-in
Meridian has your 30-day body data and all your check-ins. Ask it anything about your patterns, your week, or what your data is telling you.
We're opening access in small waves, and this account isn't on the list yet. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out when your wave is ready.

These are starting points, not conclusions. Your data will confirm them, or correct them.
Meridian for iPhone reads Apple Health directly, so your nights and days arrive on their own. Install it with the TestFlight link in your welcome email and sign in there once. Already using the iPhone app? Then you are set.
On iPhone, Safari deletes a saved sign-in after about a week without a visit, which is why you may have had to sign in again. Added to your Home Screen, Meridian is exempt: tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
Right now we cannot tell whether people come back. Nothing in Meridian records that, and nothing will unless you say yes here.
If you turn it on, Meridian notes that five things happened, and on what day: you opened the app, saved a check-in, connected a device, saw your first pattern, opened your week. Only that they happened. Not your ratings, not your notes, nothing from your body data.
It stays in your own row of our database, it is never sold or shared, and if you turn it off later everything it collected is deleted.
